STANDARD M1022-A1 OVERHAUL PARTS KIT FIELDED
Under a joint US Navy / US Air Force program, CDK has developed and fielded a Standard M1022-A1 Dolly Set Overhaul Parts Kit to simplify the parts ordering process associated with dolly set overhaul programs. One Parts Kit (Part Number CPL-134), with 76 line items, includes all hydraulic and pneumatic hoses and tubes used on the system, as well as all clamps, gladhand fittings, marker strips and terminal blocks, wire harnesses, cable assemblies, quick release pins, air bags, and seal kits for all hydraulic cylinders.
The The M1022-A1 Dolly Set is the standard US Military system for handling, transport and aircraft loading of ISO Containers and Military Tactical Shelters weighing up to 20,000 pounds. More than 800 systems have been fielded with US Military agencies since 1995, and many systems are just now returning from long term deployments in Southeast Asia and/or entering the phase where refurbishment and overhaul services are necessary to prolong system life.
CDK also offers complete factory or field overhauls services of fielded systems upon request.
