CDK Mobile Systems Inc. is a small business corporation with a headquarters office in Wilmington, Delaware USA.

CDK manufactures and supports CLT Systems, M1022-A1 Dolly Set Mobilizers and CLT Dolly Sets under a technology License Agreement from Danish Container Supply (DCS) of Norresundby, Denmark. DCS is the original design authority for the patented CLT family of products.

Under the current License Agreement, CDK has exclusive sales and product support rights for the entire product line for all customers in North and South America. This exclusive agreement includes the M1022-A1 Dolly Set Mobilizers produced by Engineered Arresting Systems Corp. (ESCO), the previous DCS Licensee in North America. As of 1 January 2000, CDK is also the exclusive manufacturer of M1022-A1 and CLT Dolly Sets for worldwide applications, whether sold by CDK in North and South America, or by DCS to the remainder of the world.

All CDK Dolly Set systems and spare parts are produced in a CDK affiliated manufacturing facility in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, just minutes west of the Toronto International Airport. This facility produces and supports a range of military ground support equipment, and its Quality Assurance is certified to ISO 9002.

CDK Mobile Systems also operates as a distributor for various other container handling and transport systems including Steelbro Sidelifters, M720 Shelter Mobilizers, LHM 110D Shelter Handling Systems, 5th Wheel Shelter Mobilizers and M832 Mobilizers.
